About Foodstock

Foodstock 2024 will be held at Blue Mountain Station in Dayton on Saturday, July 20, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Details to come!

Last year’s event featured a variety of internationally influenced foods (including Mexican, Italian, American, Asian, etc). There also was live music and activities, such as stringing beads, making tie-dye shirts, and playing yard games. Plus we had local artists and crafters booths to browse.

Admission to the family-friendly event is always free.

The first Foodstock in Dayton was held in August of 2015 on the anniversary date of Woodstock. The idea originated with Regina Weldert, who owns Rey’s Roast. Since 2015, the annual date has moved to the third Saturday of July to coincide with Dayton’s Alumni Weekend.

‘It was such a blast!’

“Last year the kids and I drove over to Dayton to check out Foodstock. I’d never been to one before. It was such a blast! Relaxing and fun at the same time. The food was yummy, and the kids loved the water slide. I liked the live music.”
